Katy Xia, PharmD 2026 Candidate, is a fourth-year pharmacy student at The Ohio State University with experience in clinical research, medication safety, and leadership. As a member of the ASHP Pharmacy Student Forum Executive Board, she has honed her skills in medication safety report analysis, strategic communication, and team leadership.
In her current role as Chair of the ASHP Pharmacy Student Forum, Katy oversees strategic planning and project tracking for all four advisory groups while also serving as a House of Delegate member. Passionate about advancing pharmacy practice, she is dedicated to continuous leadership development and plans to pursue a pharmacy fellowship to further her career.
